Endless Projects

Reflecting on my experience with long-term projects like the Westin Cam Ranh, I've learned valuable lessons. Setting contract expiry dates has become crucial to renegotiate fees and address rising operational costs. Despite the hurdles, adapting to changes and clear communication during handover processes have been essential for project success.

Small is Beautiful

A small project can sometimes be more challenging than a high-end multi-star development. In fact, a recent project involved re-lighting a wine tasting cellar at Cape Mentelle, which won an Award of Excellence. The project required creative thinking and a small budget, but had a big impact on both the client and the public. Despite the effort involved in big projects, the focus on coordination and coordination management skills can be appealing.
